MusicToVideo sells digital credits and related services. Because video generation consumes compute and third-party processing resources, refunds are handled case by case.

When Refunds May Be Considered

  • Duplicate charges caused by billing errors.
  • Failed purchases where credits were not delivered correctly.
  • Technical issues that prevented reasonable use of paid credits.

When Refunds Are Usually Not Available

  • Used credits for completed or partially completed generations.
  • Preference-based dissatisfaction without a technical failure.
  • Unused time or speculative future usage.

How to Request a Review

Email tengda365@gmail.com with your account email, payment date, payment amount, and a short description of the issue. We may request additional billing or task information.

Chargebacks

If you believe there was an unauthorized charge, contact us first so we can review it quickly. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
